电脑无线探测不到Unifi的SSID

今天终于安装unifi了.

Unifi的技术人员用了差不多4个小时才安装完毕呀! :whew: 过程真的是出人意料的. 一时说Router的问题, 一时说Port的问题, 然后才发现是我的unifi帐号问题. 还好最后终于解决了! ;))

可是安装后, 发现家里一台电脑不能探测到unifi的SSID. :green:

幸好Google老大的帮助才能解决这问题. 以下是解决此问题的方法:

  1. Use a LAN cable to connect your computer to your router or use a friend’s PC who could access your wireless network.
  2. Log in to your D-Link control panel via 192.168.0.1 in your browser. Enter username as “admin”, password leave blank. Click on Login button.
  3. Go to Wireless Setup on your left hand panel.
  4. Go to Manual Wireless Connection Options section, click on the Manual Wireless Connection Setup button.
  5. Go to Wireless Network Global Settings, un-check the Enable Auto Channel Selection option.
  6. Change the Wireless Channel to 11.
  7. Save the settings. Restart your computer, and then magically, you could reuse your wireless unifi connection again!

Phuket with Chloe * Day 1

On last March, we went for a family trip to Phuket, Thailand for 4 Days and 3 Nights. It’s been a wonderful sea-sand and SUN experience, recommended for those who enjoy beaches, but there are are so many places ad activities  to visit in this Island.

DAY 1

We reached LCCT about 1030am and our flight was at 1240pm. Flight from Kuala Lumpur to Phuket only took 1 hour and 25 minutes. Please be reminded that Thailand timezone is slower than Malaysia 1 hour.

Once landed in the airport,  we booking a taxi from Phuket airport to Patong Resort. It took about 45 minutes from airport to the hotel. We signed a Safari Tour (3000 baht, Kid FOC)and Full Day James Bond Island Tour (3600 baht, kid FOC) while booking a taxi.

We stayed in Patong Resort, it just a 5 minutes walk to the white sandy beach, local seafood restaurants and steps away from Junceylon shopping center.

Eventually we planned to visit Phuket Aquarium, but the hotel officer told us the Aquarium closed at 5pm ( we checked in 330pm). It took about 1 hour from Patong town t the Phuket Aquarium , so we have to cancel our plan and heading back to the hotel room.

MY girl got upset and I brought her to the swimming pool. She enjoyed herself in the pool. Took a nap then we went for a walk nearby. The weather in Phuket is really ‘sizzling’ Hot. We had dinner in one of the Thai Seafood restaurant, Hubby loves the Tom Yam Soup, first time heard that he love tom yam soup :p and headed to Junceylon mall for a some shopping. Bought her a Nike shoes and batik dress. :)   Day 1 in Phuket , just the kind of relaxation.  ZzzZZZZz.. Night Phuket!

A 50- something year old white woman arrived at her seat on a crowded flight and immediately didn’t want the seat.

The seat was next to a black man. Disgusted, the woman immediately summoned the flight attendant and demanded a new seat.

The woman said “I cannot sit here next to this black man.”

The fight attendant said “Let me see if I can find another seat.”

After checking, the flight attendant returned and stated “Ma’am, there are no more seats in economy, but I will check with the captain and see if there is something in first class.”

About 10 minutes went by and the flight attendant returned and stated “The captain has confirmed that there are no more seats in economy, but there is one in first class.

It is our company policy to never move a person from economy to first class, but being that it would be some sort of scandal to force a person to sit next to an UNPLEASANT person, the captain agreed to make the switch to first class.”

Before the woman could say anything, the attendant gestured to the black man and said, “Therefore sir, if you would so kindly retrieve your personal items, we would like to move you to the comfort of first class as the captain doesn’t want you to sit next to an unpleasant person.”

Passengers in the seats nearby began to applause while some gave a standing ovation.

老实说, 大家都是人. 我们不应该戴有色眼镜看人的. 要人家尊敬自己, 必须先学会尊敬人.
