昨天参加了Pacesetters 30km活动, 自己对成绩还蛮满意的. 
最重要的是脚在跑步活动里没有疼痛! 
老实说, 前段4km的路程真的非常辛苦. 都是上坡路呢. 差点就完蛋了. 哈哈哈. 
幸好我还是非常努力的完成任务!
在此要多谢Pacesetters Athletic Club Malaysia, 他们安排此次的活动非常成功哟! 
我的第一次马拉松: Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon 2012终于跑完了. 
昨天还紧张到睡不着呢.
对于这次用了5小时56分钟的时间完成任务, 对我来说算是个能敷衍自己的失望成绩吧! 
为什么? 那是因为一开始就给自己定下跑6小时以内的时间. 虽然能达成目标可是却因为在25km时, 我那生锈了的膝盖又开始痛了. 而且是很痛. 
基本上, 我最后的17km是用走的! 
虽然如此, 可是我觉得马拉松真的是太好玩了呀! 
所以今天就决定了下一站: Penang Bridge International Marathon.
可是, 我要开始重新锻炼我生锈的膝盖了. 希望下次的马拉松可以跑完全程. 下次的目标: 5小时以内. 
今天看到人家放了一个旗帜: Pain is Temporary, Pride is Forever.
42.2km的马拉松(Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2012), 终于下定决心去参加了.
25km需要3小时完成, 希望能在6小时完成我的第一个马拉松吧.
必须在2012-06-24之前完成多一点的跑步练习呀. 不然的话, 我相信会死得很惨!
从路线图看来有不少的上山路, 必须要加强上山的跑步训练了.

Located behind Gleneagles Hospital on Jalanm Ampang, Pyongyang Restaurant serves North Korean cuisine. Visited this restaurant for a Team Dinner with Hubby and colleagues yesterday.
It was a unique and dining experiences I had where Pyong Yang offers performances show such as dancing, singing, and musical play ( guitar, piano) by the korean waitresses. Their performance time is from 830pm till 930pm every night. We were not allow to take photos there
Here, they offered 5 free appetizers compared to other Korean restaurants that offers quite varieties of free appetizers.
We ordered barbecued chicken, barbecued squids, barbecued pork and barbecued mutton. I love their KIm-chi soya paste soup and chicken ginseng soup. Kim chi pan cake also not bad ! And we also ordered other Korean foods.. kindly refer to my photos

I’ve been reading some bloggers recommending Causeway Bay Spicy Crab restaurant in Desa Sri Hartamas which serves Typhoon Spicy crab. Had the chance to go with Hubby and family to try this for Hubby’s birthday celebration.
We ordered two crabs. The first crab we ordered was the signature Typhoon “Bei Fung Thong” Crab, 正宗避风塘辣蟹,RM160 there are a lot of stir fried garlic serves on top of the dish, and Salted Egg Yolk Crab, RM 80 the egg yolks were fried to crisp. My chloe loves to the crisp so much.
Some other dishes that we tried : Honey Garlic Fried Pork Ribs 蜜饯蒜香骨, RM 38 it combined the flavors sweet, sticky and garlic taste; Season Vegetables with Crab Meat 鲜蟹肉式瑶柱扒时蔬,RM50 and Steamed Fresh Water Prawns with Egg White and Rice Wine , RM90, I love this dish, the prawns was so fresh.
Steamed Paddy Frog With Lotus Leaf 荷香古法蒸田鸡, RM45 it was quite disappointing. The dinner ended up with a blow cake session J
The whole meal cost about RM480-00. Worth a try , this is located at the new building after you drive pass Souled Out at Hartamas.
