Gasoline Café @ BTS 加油站

Today, I and My colleagues went to Gasoline Café for lunch, for Jamie’s farewell. They have very special interior design- with a huge dinosaur fossil at their entrance.

Beside this, they have lot a variety of food- western, Chinese, Japanese, and snacks as well; the most important is the price is cheap.  The Café has two types of seating; you can choose to sit inside the private cave which has table and chairs OR sit on the floor with pillow.

Overall, the gasoline food is fine for 8 of us. Nothing is special.

Chinese Claypot Crab @ Restaurant Siu Siu 小小饭店

This restaurant was introduced by lot food blogger, so far I have been there 1 time and it was 5 years ago. They are famous for their claypot crab rice, salted egg crab/prawn, steam fish and much other stuff.

Yesterday, we went for this restaurant for dinner with our family. Siu Siu located in Robson Heights near Taman Seputeh, before the Thean Hou Temple. Coming from KL on Federal Highway, take the first exit after Kuen Cheng High School.

We ordered Claypot Crab Rice; basically this dish is just same as claypot chicken rice. They will remove the crab onto another plate and leave the rice in the pot for you to dig in. For me the dish is just ok. Salted Egg Prawn is another famous dish there. the yolk of the prawn is nice. The prawn are fresh and crispy. The other dishes are BBQ Char Siew – it is sweat, Patin Steam Fish, and vegetable.
