Our Love Nest (Part II)

Our home 1st Inspection carried out on 2/10/2009. Always be a pain when come to inspection. It’s our house and we are gonna stay in it, we want a place that we’ll be proud of

Once we reached the condo, we scrutinise every surface, every luck, every tap, look up, down, hidden corners….I tried to be nice and friendly with the inspection guy It doesnt do any good to be nasty with people who could make life easier or difficult for you.

Some defect areas:

1. Kitchen – hollow tiles, dirty tint on the tiles

2. Living room – drips on the ceiling, some overlapping of paint

3. Locks- the 2nd room and main door need to fix

4. Stray cement

5. Gas Hood – not proper installed

6. Electric points not even

7. Crooked door frame

Defects were noted in the first day and sent to the developer. It up to the developer if they want to rectify every little defect.

The 2nd inspection carrying out today, 27/10/2009, tuesday. Rectification works have been done but its still the same some of the defects need to rectify again, but it is a minor defects
